Ningbo Haibo Electrophoretic Coating Co., Ltd. is located in Baidu Industrial Zone, Xiwu Street, Fenghua District, Ningbo City. With electrophoretic coating as the main focus, we integrate automotive parts manufacturing and processing, constantly strive and innovate, and have long-term friendly cooperative relationships with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. The company currently has three large-scale electrophoretic coating automatic production lines, one powder spraying automatic production line, one aluminum passivation automatic production line, and one acid pickling and paint stripping automatic production line. We specialize in black electrophoresis and metal spraying, and have long been committed to metal surface treatment for automotive parts, hardware tools, transportation vehicles, household appliances, and other industries.
The company was founded in 2008 and developed from the original "Ningbo Dongqian Lake Tourist Resort Hisense Metal Electrophoretic Coating Factory". It has a history of more than 20 years in the electrophoretic coating industry. Established in 2019, Yibo Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has a new factory area of approximately 23000 square meters and currently employs over 160 people. The company has added multiple automatic production lines and optimized wastewater and waste treatment facilities. The painting of automotive parts is mainly provided for customers such as Volkswagen, General Motors, and Lierjiangsen. The company has passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and has been tested by the international environmental authority SGS to meet international environmental standards.
